Red Cedar Harmonia, LLC is an 8(a) and HubZone certified Joint Venture (JV) under a Small Business Administration (SBA)-approved Mentor-Protege program between protege Red Cedar Consultancy, LLC and mentor Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC. Both JV partners are innovation driven and between the two companies have undertaken significant innovative work across multiple agencies.

We have performed 100+ Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contracts, many applying Intelligent Automation/Artificial Intelligence (IAAI) from the ideation phase with small prototypes through operational experience.

We apply our Human Centered Design, Agile/DevSecOps-based Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Maturity L3 (DEV & SVC) and ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2011 and ISO 27001:2013 certified processes to ensure all pilots can scale into full operational systems.

U.S. Air Force Small Business Enterprise Application Solutions (SBEAS)

Red Cedar Harmonia (RCH) is a prime contract holder on Air Force Small Business Enterprise Application Solutions (SBEAS) IDIQ.

SBEAS SCOPE:

The scope of this IDIQ includes the comprehensive suite of IT services and IT solutions to support IT systems and software development in a variety of environments and infrastructures. Additional IT services include, but are not limited to documentation operations, deployment, cybersecurity, configuration management, training, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product management and utilization, technology refresh, data and information services, information display services and business analysis for IT programs. The SBEAS IDIQ contracts are the preferred source of obtaining IT application services and solutions for the Business and Enterprise Systems (BES) and CO’s shall consider the use of the SBEAS IDIQ contract vehicle first when meeting BES IT requirements. This contract vehicle is also available for use by all other Air Force MAJCOMs and other agencies that support an Air Force requirement.
